For over 23 years I have been in the Medical-Health field as an RN working mainly in a hospital setting in OB-GYN. In 2008 I began a new journey and became a Certified Meditation Specialist. I am also a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. I believe in having a holistic approach to my career and life and to maintain both in harmony. My specialty is Relaxation and Meditation. I live in Gastonia North Carolina which is about 20 minutes from Charlotte.
