Janice Crowder - Torrez, RN, MSN, MSI-BC

With over 35 years in nursing, Janice began her career working in critical care. Shifting her focus to maternal/child health, it was her training as a Certified Nurse Midwife that helped her connect to alternative therapies and health care modalities prevalent in other cultures. Maintaining her traditional healthcare beliefs she discovered the validity and power of healing from alternative medicine/therapies or an integrative-functional medicine approach. Her personal journey into yoga and meditation helped bring about an appreciation for balance.  Her teaching practice includes group and individual sessions.
