Lila has been a practicing RN for the past 40 years. The last 31 years have been at St. Joseph's Hospital in So. Calif. as a staff RN in the Women's Services Department. She uses the focused awareness breathing techniques with her post-partum patients for the benefits of pain relief and relaxation during their recovery period. She also uses the Healing Touch in her practice.
Lila lives in Orange Co., Calif. with her husband. They have 3 grown children and 2 granddaughters.
