Linda has been involved with holistic health and alternative medicine since 1978 and an RN for 36 years involved in Neonatal Intensive Care, Maternal Child Health, and most recently certified as a Lactation Educator and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.  Her years of experience in holistic and alternative medicine transpired from her personal journey in meditation, including wellness therapies, Tai Chi Ch'aun, (White Crane Style) and Yoga.  She is an advocate for those wanting to expand their awareness in the mind field of meditation, relaxation, stress reduction, focused awareness, and mindful living.
